Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges 

• Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Most deliveries arrive within 72 working hours.
• You can request an exchange or refund within 24 hours of delivery.
• To request, contact us on support@zewar.co or WhatsApp 8448810397.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags.
• A ₹200 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from refunds.
• Refund/Exchange is processed after we receive and inspect the item.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

• Do not accept tampered packages.
• Record an opening video and report within 24 hours.

Important:

• No return/exchange on festive offers (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1, sitewide discounts).
• DIY lockets & charms are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (customized products).

We reserve the right to reject requests in case of misuse.
